Vishtar Vadam is the 13th King of Latt. Son of Queen Ira and King Jarar, Vishtar ruled the kingdom for a full year, before disappearing in 1348AP. After being absent from the throne for 100 days, his younger brother, Huthor Vadam took the throne.
Little is known about Vishtar's life and reign, as he was a very passive ruler, opting for more hands off approach to politics.
